The Reds moved 13 points clear at the top of the pile this past weekend after jotting down a 2-1 win against West Ham at Anfield on Sunday.

Salah’s assist to Luis Diaz’ 18th minute opener saw the Egyptian move to 18 assists for the season.  Along with his 27 league goals, Salah increased his tally of goal involvements in the top flight to 45, the most in Premier League history.

Speaking after the game, Liverpool manager Arne Slot believes that Salah is now back to his best.

“Alisson had his best game of the season today, Virgil scored the header and Mo was again important, he was lively in the first half – we saw the Mo Salah again from the first part of the season,” Slot said.
