Matchday 5 of the TotalEnergies CAF Confederation Cup group stage delivered qualification confirmation for four clubs and ensured the final round will be decisive in the remaining groups.

USM Alger and Olympique de Safi continued their strong Group A campaigns to secure progression, while CR Belouizdad and Otôho d’Oyo also confirmed their places in the quarter-finals as the competition moves towards its final group matchday.
