The inaugural IMMAF Angola Dipanda Open World Cup will take place in Luanda, Angola, from 17 to 20 September 2026. The competition is open to Senior and Youth A athletes from IMMAF member federations worldwide.
After hosting the IMMAF African Championships 2025 and 2026, Angola will stage its first open IMMAF event, welcoming teams from all continents.
IMMAF President Kerrith Brown welcomed the inaugural IMMAF Angola Dipanda Open World Cup. “This landmark event marks the very first time Angola hosts an IMMAF World Cup, opening its doors to all IMMAF-affiliated federations across the globe. This historic occasion unites athletes from every continent, competing at the highest amateur level,” Brown said.
Competition will take place at the Pavilhão Multiusos Arena do Kilamba in Luanda. Team registration and the tournament draw are scheduled for 17 September. Competition will then run from 18 to 20 September. The event will conclude with the crowning of the inaugural IMMAF Angola Dipanda Open World Cup champions.
Pre-registration is now open through the IMMAF Online Registration System on Smoothcomp. The registration deadline is 23 August 2026, while medical documentation must be submitted by 30 August. For registration and event details, visit the official registration portal.
