Date:

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has announced the final squad lists for the 24 teams participating in the TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations Cote d’Ivoire 2023.

The tournament is set to begin on 13 January, in Abidjan, with each participating team allowed to submit a final squad of up to 27 players.

However, only 23 of these players will be available for selection for each match during the tournament.

  4. Tunisia: The team features goalkeepers Mouez Hassen and Aymen Dahmen, defenders like Hamza Jelassi and Ali Maaloul, midfielders including Mohamed Ali Ben Romdhane and Ellyes Skhiri, and forwards such as Youssef Msakni and Naim Sliti.
  5. Burkina Faso: The squad includes goalkeepers like Herve Koffi, defenders such as Issa Kabore and Edmond Tapsoba, midfielders like Blati Toure and Gustavo Sangare, and forwards including Bertrand Traore and Dango Ouattara.
  6. Cape Verde: Players include goalkeepers Vozinha and Marcio Rosa, defenders like Roberto ‘Pico’ Lopes and Logan Costa, midfielders including Jamiro Monteiro and Kenny Rocha, and forwards such as Ryan Mendes and Garry Rodrigues.
