Kenyan telco Safaricom has committed KES10 million (about $7,600) to sponsor the Kenya Paralympics Team in their quest for glory at the 2024 Paralympic Games in Paris.
This generous sponsorship includes both cash and in-kind support, reflecting Safaricom’s enduring dedication to empowering and backing Kenyan athletes.
The in-kind support package comprises financial literacy and media training for the athletes, ensuring they are well-prepared both on and off the field.
Additionally, the sponsorship includes airtime for data and connectivity, as well as branded merchandise, guaranteeing that the athletes remain connected and can proudly represent Kenya in Paris.
