Kenya Police Bullets began their title defense with a 3-0 victory over KISPED. Lydia Akoth opened the scoring in the 39th minute, followed by a second-half brace from Rebecca Okwaro, who found the net in the 51st and 61st minutes, securing all three points for the champions.

Meanwhile, at Moi Stadium in Kisumu, Vihiga Queens earned a hard-fought 1-0 win over a determined Ulinzi Starlets side. The match saw both teams exchange chances, but a single 89th minute goal from Providence Mukalo was enough to claim victory.

In another match, Kibera Soccer Women recorded a 2-0 victory over Bungoma Queens at National Polytechnic, Bungoma. Nyakoa Amina put Kibera ahead with an early goal in the 10th minute, while Anna Arusi sealed the win with a last-minute strike in the 90th minute, ensuring Kibera left Bungoma with all three points.

At the RVIST Grounds in Nakuru, Trinity Starlets won by a 3-0 scoreline against Bunyore Starlets.
