On Thursday, FIFA, the global governing body for football, officially released its most recent global rankings for men’s national teams.
The updated rankings reflect a significant improvement for Comoros, as they climbed nine places to 119th, earning 30.88 points. In contrast, The Gambia experienced a decline, dropping nine places to occupy the 126th position.
Leading the rankings in Africa are football powerhouses Morocco, Senegal, and Tunisia.
It is worth noting that Argentina maintains its top position in the rankings, followed by France and England.
